The order arrived a day earlier than the window given. Shipping updates were supposed to happen, but I didn't receive any notice until the UPS driver was at the door. I wasn't home and this caused some confusion. The daybed was supposed to be white, but it was grey, except for one part, which was white. Got in touch with Wayfair, who got in touch with the manufacturer, who offered a choice of two solutions - to exchange the incorrect part or to receive a discount. I chose the discount because I felt there would be more confusion with getting the part changed. At the moment, I'm fairly satisfied with the outcome; thus the relatively good rating. Haven't finished assembly yet (I'll have to find matching paint and paint the white part), but my initial assembly efforts have gone smoothly.

This was a very good buy. However the slats could use more to make it more stable. One of the beds broke due to not enough support.
